Terms of Service – ClickPayHub

By creating an account on ClickPayHub, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

ClickPayHub provides a performance marketing platform where Members earn money for driving valid, unique traffic to advertiser links through personal referral URLs.

2. Earning & Pay Rate

2.1 Rate: Members earn $0.10 USD per Valid Click as defined in Section 3.

2.2 Rate Changes: ClickPayHub may adjust rates with 7 days’ notice via dashboard.

3. “Valid Click” Definition

A click is only “Valid” and payable if it meets ALL criteria:

• 3.1 Unique IP: One billable click per unique IP address per 24-hour period. Double or multiple clicks from the same IP within 24 hours are disqualified.
• 3.2 Real Human Traffic: No bots, scripts, auto-refreshers, VPNs, proxies, or unapproved incentivized traffic.
• 3.3 Geo & Device: Traffic must originate from a real browser on a real device. We reserve the right to filter regions.
• 3.4 Advertiser Acceptance: Clicks must be accepted by upstream advertisers. Fraud or chargebacks will result in deductions.

4. Payout Requirements

To receive payment, your account must meet ALL conditions:

• 4.1 Minimum Balance: $10.00 USD in valid earnings
• 4.2 Personal Referrals: Minimum of 7 active members referred
• 4.3 Activity Verification: Complete 3 sponsor YouTube videos fully
• 4.4 Account Standing: No violations or pending reviews

5. Payout Schedule & Method

• 5.1 Payout Day: 30th of each month
• 5.2 Cutoff: Must qualify before 27th, 23:59 UTC
• 5.3 Processing Time: 1–3 business days (PayPal, USDT-TRC20, Bank Transfer)
• 5.4 Fees: Users bear payment fees
• 5.5 Rollover: Balance rolls over if not qualified

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud Policy

• 6.1 Fraud: Artificial click inflation leads to termination and forfeiture
• 6.2 IP Policy: IP/device/timestamp tracking with fraud detection
• 6.3 Right to Audit: Platform may audit traffic or request KYC

7. Account Termination

Accounts violating terms may be terminated. Fraud results in loss of all earnings. Non-fraud closures may still receive payouts if eligible.

8. Disclaimers

• 8.1 No Income Guarantee: Earnings depend on traffic quality
• 8.2 Third-Party Content: Not responsible for external content
• 8.3 Service Changes: Service may be modified anytime

9. Limitation of Liability

ClickPayHub is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes will be handled in your local courts.
